AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By enrolling in a Hairmax subscription, you agree to the following terms. Please review before completing your purchase.
Automatic Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each delivery period (your "Renewal Term") based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout — either every 1, 2, 3, or 6 months. Charges will be made to the credit or debit card used at checkout. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically at each Renewal Term until you cancel.
Recurring Charges. After your first delivery, the following recurring prices will apply based on your selected delivery frequency:
First Delivery Promotional Discount. Your first subscription delivery will include an additional 25% introductory discount applied on top of your ongoing subscription discount. Savings are calculated by applying discounts sequentially; actual savings may vary. After your first delivery, you will be charged the standard recurring subscription price for your selected frequency as listed above.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a charge for your next renewal, you must cancel at least 5 business days before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current subscription period; you will continue to receive deliveries through the end of the period for which you have been charged. To cancel: (i) log into your account at https://hairmax.com/account and manage your subscription; or (ii) call customer service at 1 (561) 417-0200.
